"Some really nice clothes in this branch and I love new look but the store is a state. Only ever have 2 staff on tills with a queue about 25 customers long and they take forever folding your clothes when you’ve asked them to just shove them in the bag. The actual mess all over the store and dirt everywhere by the tills is what really puts me off though."
