They were accommodating with getting everyone in the wedding party measured to make it as convenient as possible. They were very good and quick to confirm that they had one in stock and could hold them for me till the weekend. Wasn't able to collect so called back again and the very kind man on the phone said he would post them for me and would receive them before my son went back to school. Had fresh flowers and cookies in our room everyday, felt spoiled! The rooms do not have A/C but they do provide fans. Would absolutely stay here again!”
