From the minute we walked into the fab property he showed us, to the day of exchange he has been very helpful, going the extra mile liaising between us, our solicitor and the vendor to get all the information we all needed, even visiting the vendor to take pictures and collect information our solicitor was waiting for. It was a tricky and stressful processes but Nick and his team helped us get there in the end, we're looking forward to moving in next Friday.”

“I stay here with work and I can't fault it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Portishead with its own car park. My room is always super clean and if you do have any issues the staff are more than happy to sort it. Would absolutely recommend.”

“Wow what a great place to stay. We had used ibis budget before in Cardiff and sworn off them. But on seeing the photo's of this one I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did. The staff were so so helpful. We had an accessible room. There was plenty of room for the wheelchair, the bathroom was very big and more of a wet room. We also had our two dogs with us which were welcomed by the staff. Our room had a view over the marina , you have to cross one road. You have the choice of bottlene's, aqua or wetherspoons to eat. We will definitely be going and staying in this budget again. Five stars well deserved.”

“The apartment is absolutely lovely, it's so spacious and most of all it's very clean & fresh. I'm in walking distance from local shops as well as the marina, so the location is a added bonus; there is also a park just down the road aswel. Ive come to stay in the winter, so I've fallen in love with how quickly the place warms up! Jenny has been so helpful, not only when arriving, but beforehand aswel; answering all my emails, literally straight away. I was contacted a couple days before so we could confirm arrival time etc as well as directions with photos/maps which was very handy aswel. I have family that live near by, I've enjoyed my stay here so much already that I'll definitely be re visiting in the spring for a longer stay! Highly recommended for a short/long stay. “Great little one bedroom apartment, very clean, excellent location, Marina 5 min drive, petrol station 3 min. Sea views. Will visit again. Downstairs is a kitchen diner, leading to bathroom and stairs to bedroom. Very cosy for 2 people. Outside parking on drive for one car.”
