Crescent Restaurant & Bar Bath
“Simon, owner and chef, bent over backwards to help us with our booking during our visit to the Bath Christmas Market. Simon and Leanne, wife and co-owner welcomed us and settled us in with a quick explanation of the menu options and sorted out drinks. Kinga looked after our order and during our meal. Finally, while sorting our bill, we were treated to a little digestif. All in all, a cracking evening. Thank you guys. Looking forward to the next time.”
Bouvardia Restaurant
“Nice and beautiful place, especially for couples. Great service. Beautifully presented and tasty food. I highly recommend. We will definitely come back there.”

Woods Restaurant
“Went to Woods lunch with my husband. Food is incredible, uncomplicated delicious food. The owner sat with us and we had a lovely chat. This establishment has been going strong for years and I can see why. Keep up the good work.”
The Circus Restaurant
“My favourite restaurant in the UK. The food is outstanding, the service could not be better. They catered very well for gluten free, providing gluten free bread with oil and vinegar whilst you wait for your starter. It’s good value for what you get, if I could give it more stars I would!”
The Herd Steak Restaurant
“I almost couldn't find this place if not for google map. The entrance is a bit obscure but it is definitely worth a bit of patience to find this gem. A small cosy restaurant that is hidden from the main busy street. Kinda feels like going into a bomb shelter or dungeon with the narrow stairs and corridors leading to the restaurant. Inside, the warm lightings were welcoming and easy on the eye. Food wise, the steak was done perfectly. Love the creamy spinach too as a side. Fries serving was generous too. Good for a meal while having a day trip at Bath.”
Henry's Restaurant Bath
“Had the tasting menu, and every single dish was phenomenal. The raviolo was especially memorable. The waitress was wonderful, and drinks were great as well. Can't wait to come back.”
Cappadocia Turkish Restaurant
“Fantastic! Ambience: All you could wish for! Beautiful, elegant, perfect themed music, stylish and artistic. Service: Modest, polite, efficient and thoughtful. Our waiter was absolutely one of the best I’ve encountered, he is a 5⭐️ waiter. Cuisine: Flavors wonderful and authentic, beautifully plated, and delicious. Value: We had the lunch special and it was well worth the price, and included dessert. Fantastic all-around experience, we tried to go at dinner but they were packed!”
Ma Cuisine
“Amazing food that simply makes you happy, good wine and atentive service in a cozy space. My mushroom soup was de-li-cious and my partner's burguer was THE BEST we tasted in a very long time. Can't wait to go back!”
Laviano's Italian Restaurant
“We have visited several times with family and friends since moving to the area and always had great meals with fantastic hospitality. Our young teen daughter decided for her birthday that she wanted a bit of independence and to have a meal with a couple of good school friends without parents tonight, and as a big Italian food fan decided this was where they’d like to go. They were all made to feel extremely welcome from the time they arrived to the time they paid the bill and left, and had a great evening and meal. The staff were very helpful and friendly toward them, which helped three 14 year old girls who were initially very apprehensive about being out in a restaurant by themselves, feel very much at ease and have a fantastic time. They said the food was excellent, as we have always found it and came back home buzzing and feeling very grown up! Thank you to the team at Laviano’s for not only a fantastic meal but also for making this such a positive experience for them all.”
Europa Restaurant
“My absolute favourite place to eat. Always great food and service. Very good quality food and portion sizes are large! Really good on the gluten free food too which is great for my son who is ceoliac. He LOVES their gf pizzas.x”
The Dower House Restaurant
“Excellent meal in a wonderful location. Special props to Jean-Marc, the sommelier. I would never have chosen a Cali white, but his knowledge was spot on. Perfectly complementing the tasting menu, which was expertly prepared. Will be happy to return.”
Plate Restaurant and Terrace
“From the warm and friendly greeting in reception to the beautiful art displayed in the restaurant, this place will impress you from the moment you step into it. The food is AMAZING - beautifully presented, good sized portions and above all prepared and cooked to perfection. The Plate was the ideal setting for our 5 year anniversary. Excellent service from Chris and the rest of the team. Really lucky to have had the opportunity to visit and will definitely recommend to friends and family.”
Raphael Restaurant
“The food was amazing and the service superb. If you are looking for a fine dining in Bath, Raphael is definitely the place. The herbed butter was insanely good and the bread came fresh out of the oven. The classic steak and truffle risotto were very tasty too.”
Portofino Oyster Bar & Mediterranean Restaurant
“We were first time here in Bath and we have no idea where to eat. This is a happy accident that we choose this restaurant. This is one of the best Italian restaurant I have eaten for quite awhile. The oyster was very fresh. The grilled octopus was also lid. As for the main course, we had vongole spaghetti and grilled sword fish. Both are super delicious and really fresh. If we come back to Bath again, we will definitely eat here for sure!”
Pintxo de Bath
“My now favourite place to eat in Bath. Despite the prices being a bit high for some things (£8.50 for 2 chicken skewers) but the quality of everything that we ate was very high. The Spanish omelette is a must (better than I have had in many parts of Spain) as well as the calamari and croquettes! The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the menu, which was useful when it came to picking a drink, they recommended a rosé sangria that was tasty and refreshing. Looking forward to coming back here to try more on the menu!”
Amarone Restaurant
“A great place in Bath! My wife and I went out for dinner on the weekend and were blown away by this place. From the staff and our meal to the atmosphere- everything was awesome. Will be back for sure to try out more drinks and dishes.”
Olive Tree Restaurant
“Best meal I’ve ever had! This restaurant was stellar and I would give 10 stars if I could! Amazingly inventive and creative, excellently executed. Loved the raw scallops, smoked eel, lamb and strawberry dessert. Can’t wait to come back here again whenever life brings me to Bath!”
The Pump Room Restaurant
“Situated along side the famous Roman Baths, The Pump Room is definitely recommended for afternoon tea in a beautiful setting. It is extremely popular so book well in advance. Its advisable to arrive 15 minutes before your time slot as a cue forms from that time when busy. The selection of food both savoury and sweet was delicious and service excellent. To further enhance the experience we were treated to live music from a trio playing piano, violin and cello. Be aware that a service charge is added to your final bill.”
The Ivy Bath Brasserie
“Literally one of the best restaurants I’ve dined at. The staff were polite, attentive and professional. The food was exquisite and I could not fault it in any way. I ordered the Korean Chicken and it was out of this world…my partner had the duck curry and his was gorgeous too. We’re just sad that we were only visiting Bath so won’t be able to dine at The Ivy Bath Brassiere more often.”
Côte Bath
“Thank you to the waiters, who were welcoming, always smiling and full of kindness. They made my dinner a great time. Every dish was delicious, I loved the meat with fruit, especially the crispy duck with orange and the pork belly with apple and grapes (not sure). The restaurant is warm and clean, highly recommended if you're in Bath!”
La Famiglia - Italian Restaurant Bristol
“Amazibg food and customer service! Best Italian I have been in the UK. Highly recommend. The interior was amazing felt very safe and clean and safety measures for COVID did not take from the experience and amazing quality.”
Turtle Bay Bath
“I popped in Thursday eve of half term and was not disappointed. We ordered a rum sharer which was something a bit different for us but really tasty! Followed by a rum cocktail which was also great. Both were good value too with the sharer at £16 and the cocktails on the 2-4-1 offer. Friendly atmosphere and great decor- we only had drinks on this occasion but will definitely return for food. The menu looked great and everything passed us looked good and smelt amazing!”
La Taverna Bath
“Delicious original Italian food, friendly staff, perfect coctails! Let's try it! I am really going back once.”
Las Iguanas - Bath
“Lovely little place for a Bottomless Brunch, food was good, atmosphere was good, very busy but drinks come thick and fast. Our server. Annie was absolutely delightful and didn’t let us have empty glasses despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Will definitely return. A*”
Browns Bath
“Lovely unhurried meal with timely service and no pressure. Pleasant atmosphere and decor, tables set well apart and music not too loud. I can image the views are great in summer too.”
Comptoir Libanais Bath
“One of the most enjoyable meals at lunchtime in bath. This place offered many key things that I observed. A genuine welcome and really friendly staff. The quick service. The food was fresh, well presented, tasted delicious. I will be returning. Reasonably priced I love everything about this restaurant.”
