“We recently bought a VW Golf from Phil at Thornbury Autocentre and I must say he is one of the nicest, most genuine guys I have ever dealt with (I am a fussy hard to please customer as well). Phil assured us that if there were any issues with the car he would rectify them immediately. The car itself was immaculate but needed some paint work done before delivery which Phil was happy to do at trade cost (saving us a small fortune if we'd have had to do it ourselves) and the quality of the paint job was excellent. We did have a slight issue with the car when we got home (there was chatter from the bell housing) which turned out to be a flywheel. Phil, true to his word went out of his way to come and collect the car and promptly ordered and fitted a new flywheel for us - at the same time, he did a full DSG gearbox oil change at no extra cost. The car now runs well and the issue was sorted within a few days. I would highly recommend Phil and Thornbury Autocentre, you can buy from there in confidence and we would certainly use them again in the future.”

“Best service I had Don't inform about auto-renewal, but when i stop making payments, they damn sure let me know about that. funnily enough the insurance cancellation will add at least £800 extra for any insurances i want to get in the future, which is more than nice from them.
