“Parking is an issue. I go there 3 mornings a week. This has been exacerbated by people visiting the new, adjacent, highrise office parking in the community centre carpark.”

“UPDATE: I was impressed at the timeliness, and the response itself from the store franchisee who apologized and made the situation right. Thank you. (Original Review) My wife and I were extremely unhappy to arrive at the store to find doors locked 15 mins before the posted close of business hours, with 2 employees inside, dismissing us. One employee motioned that they were closed, and I pointed at the hours listed on the door. This was at 9:45pm, with the store hours listed as open until 10pm every night of the week. I pointed at the store hours sign and motioned that it says 'open til 10' and the girl stared at me and shrugged. The other employee came out from the back and I could see them discussing it amongst themselves, only to ignore me. I know this is only ice cream, but this was a Friday night, and we drove out specifically to get some ice cream, and being well within the hours listed on the store to be ignored and dismissed by 2 employees is frustrating.”

“Hey, the customer service was absolutely amazing and I really appreciate it! I walked in with a full trolley groceries and my daughter sitting in the trolley. I had a list of items and the assistant took me around the whole shop to find everything. He went above and beyond. Thank you very much!”

“Great for a date night, or girls night in Gold Class, food and beverages served to you at any time you chose. Nice hot food menu, cheese burger sliders with fries, chicken wings, cheese boards, salt and pepper squid plus more. Licensed bar with great selection of wine and cocktails. Nice comfortable recliners. Relax in the lounge area prior to movie with a bev. Chick's at the Flicks was really well set up night. Well worth it. Cocktails and goodies bag. Highly recommend getting the girls together and get the full package with hot food included. Staff did a wonderful job.”
