“We got an early morning private shuttle to the Brisbane international airport from the Gold Coast. Eddy arrived early and was absolutely lovely. We were running a late and he was very patient and helpful. The price was exceptional. The vehicle was immaculate. Loads of room for all 5 of us and our excess luggage. We definitely recommend this company and thier services.”

“Both Trudi and Ivan were friendly, helpful and had great communication. From the booking process to meeting us at the airport, to taking us to and from theme parks and then back to the airport, it was seem less. We particularly appreciated how easy they made it with two small children, providing seats for them, and helping with luggage. My boys loved ‘Trudi’s van’. The pricing was also very reasonable for a private transfer and the service provided. Clean and well maintained vehicles and both very safe drivers.”

“firstly i would like to say it was a great experience taking all those photos and see all that art with my family. the staff were really nice and helpful, i would recommend probably an hour or so to get a real good look around and snap some amazing photos. probably delete some photos in your camera roll before getting there just to make sure you have space for all the extra pics. the staff do offer to take photos for you on the bigger family scenes which i think is really nice!”

“Exceeded expectations. Sub penthouse apartment was very very large. Easily accommodated our group of seven and could have fit more. The sofa bed is in a self contained space, essentially a fourth bedroom. With the sofa bed made up there are still two full sitting areas. Views are absolutely spectacular - ocean and hinterland. Saw whales from the front deck. Spotlessly clean. Managers were very friendly - they were very happy to look after keycards (we were given four), and provided us a second car space at no extra cost. Good pools and an unusually well-equipped gym. Great location - close to beach, convention centre, tram stop, Woolies. A good place to holiday if you aren’t bringing a car. Others have commented on building noise. We were barely aware of it.”

They didn't have any cars available however they were able to get me one from their Airport location at the last minute. Car was brand new and top of the range. They were about half the price compared to the other big name car rental companies and the staff were super friendly. I'll definitely use them again.”
