He had an excellent knowledge of the products DG sells and was able to advise me accordingly. He helped me with a problem that I had no luck with over 2 years. “I called in to look at your tights as I had done research to find out the best brand. I had normally worn Lorna Jane. However, I am disappointed with their fabric quality, as it has gradually gotten much worse. Anyway, I popped into your harbour town store and I was warmly greeted by your sales assistant. Her service was incredible (Saturday 21st September 2019) and her knowledge on the product even better. I was grateful that I was able to call in and receive this level of service and knowledge, and that I could try in the tights comfortably in the change room. I did make my purchase online through a third party store as I wanted to use the humm payment plan. Regardless I wanted to leave a review as the sales assistant was the reason I made the purchase. Thank you I’m glad I have found a new place to buy my tights.”
