“I been shopping in this K Mart for years,I never expect any personal service in here, because all customers just relaxing shopping around,but this morning I had a lovely surprise I bought a lots of shopping and I pay in self service machine.I had a very bad sore arm and not feeling well,but suddenly a staff young girl name MIA came to help me I even didnt ask her to help She helped me to scan each items and tidy back to my bag I feel very impressed and she is very passion to help, especially I suddenly feeling not well but I did not mentioned to her She just very happy and patience to help me I am so glad to meet a beautiful staff in K Mart today”
