“So glad we decided to try this place out. The Karaage Chicken was absolutely divine. Crispy, tasty and will be going back for more. The salmon Nigiri was to die for. And I absolutely loved seeing dessert come around on the conveyor. Great service, really friendly. 100% recommend and we'll definitely be going back.”

Like a corporate franchises Mum and Dad businesses are aiming to provide consistent and quality products and try to remain competitive in its competitive market space. This business like every business is not going to get things right 100 percent of the time. But what they will do is like all of us have a calm and reasonable conversation with you if you feel they legitimately got it wrong. That's just like all of us. Remember they ultimately have a successful business and they didn't get that way by being swindled but I can hand on heart say this business is genuine in there desire to provide an outstanding product for the customer to enjoy. “I have been coming here since they first opened... well over 10 years now. They have never once disappointed! The food os of a high standard, and is consistently yummy! They have always managed to stay reasonably priced too!”

“Place: can accommodate quite a number of person. With COVID precautions in place however I noticed that tables are not wiped/cleansed after being used by a customer. Service are pretty good and staff are accommodating with customers request. Great selection of menu, prices are not bad. Wagyu ramen taste great, with thick soup which had improved considerably compared to the first time I had it. Not too salty this time, noodles are average tasting.”

We did order this on door dash so not sure about the atmosphere there, but the food was made quickly and so bloody yummy. Will 100% be ordering from here again!”

“Great value for money ($9.95 lunch schnitzel special). Hubby's Coke tasted a bit watery so may need to adjust syrup. And some music or background noise could be good to just bump the atmosphere up as it was fairly quiet. But I'm getting picky trying to fault it. The service was great. Very attentive without being overly so. My cocktail was lovely! A great lunch date for under $50! Will definately go back. Want to take the kids as the kids menu looks great!”
