“Had a laproscopic hernia surgery, a was treated like a king. Constant check ups, medication never fleeting, organizing anything I asked for. A terrific meal for dinner and a wonderful chicken mayo for lunch. Had some bad experiences in other hospitals so this was a total hotel treatment in comparison. Highly recommend! Dr Swan and all the nurses, students and training doctors were so friendly :)”

“So far my experience was good with Ipswich health but parking wise is terrible but cheap if you park in the little car park just off the street and cheap pricing. Although it could do with an upgrade it looks very dull.”

“Just had a toe amputation on Wednesday. I was very impressed with all the staff in the Operating Room . The nurses , Anaesthetists and Surgeons were very efficient and kept me completely informed on the whole procedure. The fact that they were removing my toe was made all the better by their feelings and their approach to me. Congratulations for a job well done.”

“Dr Michelle is amazing so is her beautiful dental nurse too !! Nothing is ever too much trouble, as someone who has bad dental anxiety, I have recently started a very lengthy dental plan and started with several fillings and then 2 wisdom teeth being extracted. I was so anxious and nervous about it, but it was made so much better with Dr Michelle. She explains everything, she is calm and always allows you to say if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort through your treatment. I honestly couldn’t recommend the clinic and Dr Michelle enough !”

“I would like to convey my huge thank you to Dr. Shiromani Singh who is one of the best at this clinic. She is gentle , understanding and so good at what she does. Love her amazing work she did a couple of extractions on me over a week ago and even though I don’t like needles everything went very smoothly with her professionalism. She also gave me a discount after doing the job on me which I very much appreciated at this time very close to Christmas Also a huge appreciation and thank you to all the receptionists that work at the front desk especially Chris she is super amazing and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in through their door. One of the receptionists called me while I was at work couple of days after my extractions as a courtesy call just to see how I was doing . I am so grateful that this clinic is close o my home and not only that they really do genuinely care for their patients. I will not go anywhere else as I have been to other clinics in the past and this clinics beats all the others with their services. They are simply next level! “I had my pregnancy and baby through Milestone medical this year. I cannot fault Katie, she was kind and caring and if i had a question to ask i always felt i could. Midwife and IBCLC Donna is incredible - everything you expect in a midwife - love and respect and very informative throughout the pregnancy and well baby clinic. Having such a great experience we chose Paul as our Pediatrician and he lived up to our expectation. I still remember the first sleepless nights in hospital, Paul would come in the next morning to check bub and always had a very funny story to tell about his own personal experiences. Katie was just as amazing in the daily visits and i really do feel she had my best interests in mind. The ladies in reception at the practice are always kind and well mannered and happy to help with anything. I'm so grateful we have access to such great care in Ipswich and i really recommend this practice to everyone.”
