Additional photos were sent along with a very reasonable postage quote and a price reduction of the item into the bargain. All my questions were answered politely. When I asked to test a couple of functions to make sure that everything was working correctly, no hesitation and happy to accommodate. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. When I was happy with everything, an invoice was promptly sent to me via PayPal which I obviously paid. The item arrived 4 business days later here in Waurn Ponds, safe and sound, exactly as the pictures showed and working perfectly.
