“On Friday 4 September 2020 at around 4.00 pm I walked into the new Carindale MJ Bale Store to pick up a fathers day click and collect order. I was greeted by the most friendly, helpful and accommodating staff member (sorry didn't catch her name). It was a wonderful experience for a Friday afternoon we chatted about things and she wrapped it up beautifully in complimentary gift wrapping and TBH made my afternoon really. I couldn't stop talking it about the experience over the weekend. Mostly, I feel that the service industry has been falling over the past 10 years. This encounter changed my mind. There are still people who love what they do and want people to have a nice unforgettable experience! Would definitely shop here again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Great customer service today from a visual merchandiser called Emma. Super sweet and really knows her products. I got a huge friendly hello from her as I entered the super busy store. I explained to her the tops i needed and how they weren't online or in the sizes i needed instore. Low and behold , she got me sizes from the back. Nothing was too much for this superstar, even when the store was super busy shes still putting customers first. An absolute superstar employee.”

“Super helpful and friendly staff, just wish they had a few more mirrors in the store, especially when trying on caps - you don't want to walk over to the changing rooms. There is a full mirror attached to the right hand side of the changing area. Their "body heat" foot measurement pad is very handy and accurate. It tells you if you have flat feet, normal, low or high arches. Just remember to read the correct gender markings - the women's shoe size measurements are the inner measurements, the men's are the outer.
