“We would like to share our story and celebrate the victory of outstanding customer service by the Owner and 2IC at Domayne Bundall Bedding & Furniture. My wife and I spent close to $20,000 on a Tempur base and mattresses… etc. We were willing to pay whatever it took to get the best sleep each night. Tempur mattresses for some are fabulous but for us it was the worst sleep we have ever had with neck, shoulder and body ache each morning. We did everything we were told to do to soften the mattress with no avail. Tempur the company would not support it’s customers needs and sent us a letter of excuse so that they had no responsibility. They listened, they went into bat for us and through a lot of hard work and a sincere willingness to help, they were able to exchange our Tempur mattresses for a mattress that is perfect for us.
