I decided to visit the North Lakes store this time as it was closer to home. Top notch service and advice. I needed a lithium battery for my motorcycle. Was only too happy to explain the ins and outs / pro’s and cons of the different brand lithium batteries that exist. Quoted me discounted price over the phone. Once I came in to pick up the battery, gave me further discount for being a defence force member. Made a massive difference in cranking the bike over. A lot smaller in size than the original battery, but Increased CCA’s, easier on the stator for charging, and weighs about 5 kg lighter (Lithium Battery weighs only 1kg) than the factory AGM bike battery. Weight difference makes a big difference on a sports bike. Will keep coming back when ever I need a car or bike Battery in Brisbane.”

“Highly recommend booking your First Aid / CPR through AWFA. This course was conducted perfectly, much more updated from the last time I did my First Aid course (through different company). It was refreshing, perfect pace, easy to understand, well organised, perfectly presented by the trainer Jay. “After waiting for weeks for another repair centre to confirm if parts could be sourced for my steering issue, I went to GMR and had an answer within the same day. Michael kept me in the loop about the repairs (that were not at all easy & straight forward), was honest and open about time-frames, prices and expectations and delivered a very high quality service & repair. I could not be happier. (Steering repair on a 30 year old van.) The van now handles like new and the 1400km trip just taken fully loaded with a motorbike in the back went perfectly. Michael even spotted a faulty radiator cap which was causing very slow coolant loss which I had noticed... so happy that was solved also. You get what you pay for with GMR, attention to detail is second to none. Van was even washed down and tyres blackened... sadly you just don't get service like that these days.
