“There are so many phone repair shops in Morayfield Shopping Centre, who do you choose I looked at them all and I chose PTC, They were the busiest, their staff were all smiling, they were very knowledgeable, and if they couldn't help me they asked the techo. Brad the Techo was excellent, he found my problem, he gave me a quote to fix it, he was on time (he asked me to come back and pick my mobile up and it was working.) Brad was the ultimate professional, he and his team made my experience worthwhile coming back to his booth. 11/10. I spent 50yrs in Customer Service, i would have employed all the staff.
