“I come here maybe once a fortnight to pick up my groceries direct to boot and the staff are amazing and really friendly. There’s one guy in particular (I believe his name is Jordan??) but he is SO nice. He’s a huge asset to your team. He’s brought our groceries out a few times and he has such a warm and kind personality. Always helpful and apologises for any inconvenience even though there rarely is none. “Given the extreme price of hotels at the moment, with my usual being 3x the price, I looked at hostels. I found a private room at the YHA for about what I used to pay for hotels. It's a little bit of a hike up from Roma Street station, up a hill, in the hot afternoon sun which wasn't the most pleasant. The staff then take your photo and give you a card to access your room. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found there. Elevators up to the rooms, and in my private room it had its own bathroom and air conditioning. (The air conditioning turns off automatically every hour or 2). As I'm only there to sleep, and out all day, that suited me. It's a little noisy with train tracks ride outside your window so bring ear plugs. There is a kitchen upstairs where one can store and prepare food, and a bar and pool outside in the evenings. A TV and yoga room also make the stay more enjoyable. Downstairs they have a $12 breakfast which was little more than a few different breakfast cereals and instant coffee, which wasn't really worth it. Limited parking in a tiny car park for $20 a night.”

With a black long hair cat and a black Labrador we have lots of pet hair. However, when Sam and Mitchell finish cleaning our home, it is so clean and smells so fresh. I initially signed up for 3 months but ended up staying for 15 months in total, and only had to move out because I wanted to live in a independent house. He went through a heap of questions with my boy on where he rides, what does he want the bike to do, etc. He showed us a beautiful blue Pedal Pursuit. It was within my budget and my boy loved it. Tony then measured him and moved the seat made sure everything was perfect before given my son a test ride. There was no high pressure sales. Tony was brilliant. “I lived in this building for more than 4 years and the apartments are always very comfortable and safe, easy access to parking and a wonderful laser area with a pool. I just moved from the building because I am not working closer to the city if I wouldn't be there until today. you walk 1mi. to train station. very accessible for being in the city. The manager is always attentive, helpful and with great competence to deal with all situations that may arise.”

“Had my house cleaned by Nicole from First Call Home Services prior to hosting a wedding. Sparkling result - especially the bathroom. Nicole was friendly, professional and efficient. Had booked 4 hours. But only 3 1/2 was required. So that was all I was billed for. Very pleased and will definitely use First Call Home Services again. Thank you.”

Central location with meals and entertainment nearby or a short walk/drive/Ferry across the river for all the CBD has to offer. All up a nice place to stay. Recommended.”
