The website was simple but easy to use, with plenty of options for customisation. I received a quick and friendly response to an email enquiry and they delivered on a Sunday. The flowers were beautifully arranged and super fresh. My mum was delighted. Will definitely use again.”

“Ordered flowers over the phone on a Saturday morning at short notice and the girls were super kind, helpful and prompt in getting something truly stunning out to the recipient that same day. I was over the moon at their customer service in letting me know that the recipient wasn't home and that it had been left in a safe place, which was perfect. “Beautiful faux flower arrangement. My MIL gifted me a beautiful pink magnolia arrangement. She spoke very highly of the customer service she received in explaining our needs, selecting the flowers, and the arrangement. She was also told that if I wanted to add more flowers to the arrangement, I could bring it back in and they'd be happy to help. Very happy with the styling of the arrangement. I've decided to display it as a centerpiece on my dining table.”
