“The thermometer hit 40 degrees an I was craving a chocolate milkshake this day. I'm happy to report that it delighted all my senses. Fantastic, speedy service, quiet, chilled vibe and reasonably priced. If you're hankering for a chocolate fix and are trying go dairy free, ask for soy. My daughter said it tasted like cake batter...delish!”

“Our Meals were served in 15 minutes. Eggs Benedict were perfectly poached and the Hamburger Patty was juicy and delicious. Triple shot Cafe Latte was intense and flavourful. Thank you Chef Mel and staff for an enjoyable lunch.”

“It wasn't too busy for a midday service. Plenty of seating inside and out. I ordered a chicken, sweet potato & pesto flat grill with a side of sweet potato wedges. A banoffee drink as well. Service was quick and the food was great. The side salad was cold and had tangy dressing on it. The wedges were hot, crunchy, fluffy and salty and the flat grill was flavorful. 10/10. The drink was a perfect mixture of banana and caramel and ice cold too. 10/10”

“Persistent in quality and dependability. It's small inside with mostly exterior seating. The coffee is consistently well executed cleverly extracted from the 'Five Senses' brand of choice. Milk beautifully textured. On point. On the rare occasion I dine in, the food is lovingly delivered to my table from the chef. Today Eggs Benny Royale with a perfectly gooey poached egg that looks so sexy I have to stop to photograph it. The yellow pumpkin sourdough is a devinely coloured flavorful base to the plated stack. Cabinet choices are daily fresh, both sweet and savoury takeaway options with premium beverages (Emma & Toms juices etc) for flavour on the fly. Meat head & Veggo options too. There are no stairs so if you're on wheels access is pretty good with a low side window for direct ordering from the footpath. If you're lucky enough to live within walking distance it's hound friendly and accessible offering cold water and seating for pooches and their people.”

“This place has always been so accommodating and always make an ice cream hang with the family really enjoyable. My kids have allergies and this is the only place in Brisbane I’m comfortable bringing my kids because their sorbets are dairy and nut free. Thank you to the young guy who helped us this afternoon by going out of his way to get new spatulas after I voiced my concern for cross contamination. Didn’t grab his name but thanks matey for being an absolute legend!”

“Such a beautiful place to have coffee and breakkie! Really grateful we found this hidden gem. Not only is the coffee excellent but the elevated and breezy position makes it a great place to just relax and take in the views. Also the food is excellent! It definitely far exceeded our expectations:)”

“Have been to Elderflower many times now and just keep coming back! it's definitely become my favourite spot due to its wonderful quiet and peaceful atmosphere and abundance of pants. I have enjoyed many teas and chai latte’s staring at the gorgeous mural on the wall. The café has a small simple menu with a special board, cakes on display, and a huge variety of drinks. I Highly recommend the Bacon and Egg burger and Beef Hamburgers, both exceptional every time. I have also tried the vegetarian breakfast, avocado on toast and chicken burger which are all pretty awesome. Accommodation for children is fantastic with a blackboard and colouring supplies, high chairs and change table in toilet. My homeschooler loves to have lessons there as its such a wonderful atmosphere. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I always leave happy and excited to visit again.”

“Good food made fresh. We had the Well being salad which was pretty good. Be warned that this place gets busy and may take a while to get your order. Also, they had run out of mushrooms. Staff are courteous and friendly. Will visit again sometime soon.”
