“***** Five Star Service from Capalaba Park ! A huge thank you for exceptional customer service from the Manager at Mathers Capalaba Park - Annette Barnhill. In the midst of this pandemic I placed an online order for a few pairs of shoes. One of the sizings was incorrect. I could not get through to Customer Service after trying many times and eventually took the boots up to Capalaba Park Mathers. It turns out it couldn’t be a simple exchange or refund as the coding on these online boots didn’t match Mathers. Annette went beyond exceptional customer service by emailing and phoning head office to get this resolved on multiple occasions and phoned me to update as she was waiting on a response. In the end someone in Accounts put through a refund for me and it all happened very quickly. This was a week ago and today Annette phone me to make sure I received this and that everything was okay ! True customer service is rare and again thank you to Annette for making me believe that there are still some good people out there who truly care about the Customer!”
