“I recently visited this clinic for the first time for my COVID booster shot and it was a pleasant experience. I was referred by my friend who told me where to find the elevator entrance which made it easier as it's not obvious from standing out the front. You need to walk into the arcade at number 39 down to the elevators at the back left. The city views from the waiting room are very nice. The receptionists seemed efficient. They were running right on time and the girl who took me through to the room was the one who gave me my shot, now the doctor I had booked with. She was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I barely felt the needle and she took time to answer questions. I will definitely be coming back here again”

“Honestly from my perspective I’ve had a good experience from this clinic. The admin staff were friendly and easy to talk to, most of all they did their job. I’m in the improved access program which makes appointments more affordable. Without this program I may not of been able to get support in the first place due to my illness/s and I have problems keeping a job/issues with money. I’ve only seen 1 psychiatrist here and she’s been great. Dr Claire McNaught acknowledges my concerns, looks into any questions I have, shows empathy and makes sure that not only my mental health is on track but my physical health is too. I feel like I’m in safe hands and I don’t trust people easily, I have a spidey sense whenever there is a threat present.”
