“We recently had our first baby at Mater Mother’s Private Hospital and the whole process, start to finish, was invaluable. We had the most beautiful midwife who was very supportive the whole way through my labour. The care and support only got better. We stayed for 3 nights in a private suite. From the delicious meals, to the ongoing breast feeding support, the friendly check ins from the nurses, the on call support at any hour of the night and day, everything was just effortless. As this was my first baby, I had so many questions, concerns and worries leading into my birth, but they were all very quickly answers and reassured. I would highly recommend Mater Mothers Private if you’re looking for a supportive and reliable experience. We will definitely be going back for baby number 2.”

“I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr Cronin who consults out of the Queensland Eye Institute in the same building at this day surgery. Incredibly professional approach from the appointment booking process through to discharge. All staff involved in the process are efficient and professional leading to a seamless process. The nurses in post op recovery are truly lovely. Can't recommend this organisation highly enough.”

“A brilliant experience at the Mater Private Kids - the nurses looked after my very sick baby girl so beautifully- we really appreciated the private room and parent bed so we could be with our baby girl all the time in relative comfort. I could not speak highly enough of the staff. Our pead Dr Aaron Easterbook was incredible and developed a plan of care which saw our baby girl improve quickly - his expertise and care was wonderful. The option to buy parent meals at $15 was excellent so we didn’t have to leave the room - thank you Mater Private Kids - a very well run hospital for children, I honestly cannot thank you enough.”

“The service for Me was good. They allowed me to push my appointment back 10-15mins because i was late. The ultrasounds are also free lol. The only thing i wish they let me know is if i would like to see the baby on the screen during the ultrasound. I couldn't see but i also have a voice to ask. Not hard. The only real problem is that its far away from where i stay. Even then, its not their problem.”

Wes will be receiving a bottle of good wine as a sincere token of my gratitude. As a professional harpist, this injury represents a near-emergency situation for my career and livelihood. Wes’ thoroughness and the unhurried, comprehensive way in which he performed the ultrasound led to the discovery of a probable tear in a tendon in addition to bursitis, which could well provide the missing jigsaw piece in my following treatment which could just save my career and all that depends on it.
