I knew I was a bit heavier than I used to be, but apart from not fitting into some older clothes, I was ok about it. Since visiting Tony, I've dropped down to a weight that I thought was a distant memory! I feel so much better, lighter, healthier overall, and automatically make wiser consumption options as second nature. Tony's approach with regular check-ins is the key and it maintains your focus. Is it hard? For the first 2-3 days, as any change is, apart from that it's pretty smooth sailing. Follow Tony's process and reap the rewards. This is by far the easiest way and, with Tony's methods, the healthiest way to lose weight and maintain it. I couldn't recommend Tony enough - the results speak for themselves.”

“The live music was awesome, actually thought it was a CD at first because they were so good. The food was delicious, super fresh, very tasty, arrived at the table quickly, and was great portion sizes. The oysters and bugs were my favourite by far. Cory was serving us Sunday, he was great, professional and on the ball. Definitely will be back!”

“This has been my local for years and absolutely can’t complain. The staff are always lovely the food is great and Emily in particular is an absolute gem. She always goes above and beyond and is always so friendly, she just goes the extra mile to learn the locals names and what we order and asks us about our day. Just gives our already great local an even better atmosphere with her extra touch and care, she is just such a lovely young woman. Really is a great place for all and you always get looked after. 10/10 Five Stars!”

“Limited time offers! I saw the duck range on the Coffee Club app and popped in to get it. I got the Hosin duck flat grill with sweet potato chips. The chip was fried to perfection, crunchy and delicious. The duck flat grill was superb, packed with favours. The chef balanced it out with a generous amount of sauteed/wilted spinach, and fresh cucumber. And then there was a side of salad. Thank you chef for looking after my health. Coffee was great as usual”

“Popped in for a quick coffee and was happy to find I could order over the counter and not use the digital order boards ( being 70 yrs old) It looks like the place has been renovated since my last visit...modernised. Was served by a happy and pleasant young girl. Didn't have to wait too long and the coffee was hot and delicious! The restaurant was clean and tidy ( well it was 6.30am) and updated since my last visit. Plenty of parking and easy handicapped access.”

“I can honestly say I have never had a sub standard meal here. My wife and myself frequently visit 107 as we know there will be no disappointment. From the early morning bacon & egg breakfast rolls to the Tasty Bangkok Salad for Lunch or the Enchiladas or Steaks for dinner, Staff are always friendly and work particularly hard. The Menu is comprehensive Well done to this small business.”

“I picked this coffee shop upon google reviews, I went there, and I’m blowing away by the friendly welcoming owner, you might think the shop is small, but don’t underestimate the quality and yummy food. “I used to go to Noodle Box at Birkdale but found these guys are a couple of bucks cheaper, which adds up. I’m so glad I did because I find their noodles SO much tastier! I think more contents too (same overall volume sizes but more of the good stuff vs noodles). I’ve tried a number of flavours but I find their chicken peanut satay to be the best; unlike Noodle Box, it’s actually creamy. I really want to support this place because I’m pretty sure the owner is the chef, and he’s there from open to close, 6 days per week (they’re closed Sundays). It’s not a busy set of shops so people are less likely to stumble on it. Try them! I don’t believe you’ll regret it. Thanks!”
