“The staff training at this store must be exceptional. If you happen to wander down an aisle with a staff member in it stocking the shelves or just tidying up their first reaction is to say hi and ask you how your day's going...followed by 'is there anything I can help you with'? It just makes for such a pleasant experience...they make you feel like they're glad you stopped by instead of the usual you're holding me up from something I'd rather be doing. Complementary to the awesome staff the store is always well stocked and clean and shopping there is always just a feel good experience.”

Friendly and helpful and also very quick +++ petrol was average priced not overly so but I come here all the time because in the times where customer service is lacking Deane showed that it isn’t lacking here. “It seemed clean and well-presented. Like most Woolworths nowadays. I mostly popped in for cake for a friend, and found that they had instant chicken congee. Instant fish congee would have been good, but being disappointed with the selection at Woolworths is a fact of life nowadays, I'm actually pretty excited they have any congee. The logistics at Woolworths must be a nightmare, and I certainly am not up to the task, but it seems every day that more products I used to buy there are no longer sold. Hmm.. I may be an old man..."Back in MY day!"”

“Very impressed with this coles. Feels like they really made sure to deliver a great store the Bay Area. I hope the standard at this location stays as high as it has been. It’s really nice to have a fully stocked, clean, modern grocery store with lots of options. Destroying the Woolworths in the same centre. It’s now my go to.”

“I'm going to call it the "Sunday girls" because it was a Sunday when we went in to fill a script , the service could not get better every single one of the Sunday workers were above and beyond friendly and helpful it was getting old fashion service it really felt like they cared. “Not only was the food delicious and the drinks great, this was the first time I took my 2 month old with a friend and she decided to start to cry right as I got my food. I started to get quite anxious about annoying the other customers so I took her outside. A lovely lady (I'm assuming the owner?) offered to hold her and rocked her to sleep while I ate my lunch. The whole team were friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for the awesome food and exceptional service. ❤️”
