“This was the best hair cut I have ever had and I have tried my fair share of hair salons. Style & Cut is my local hair salon so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! First of all, Helena was very understanding when I arrived half an hour late to my appointment. I didn't have to reschedule or anything like that. Secondly, Helena had already thought of a style idea for me. I told her to pick something stylish that would suit me. She discussed the style with me thoroughly until I was happy to go ahead with it. Then, her lovely assistant washed my hair. It was comfortable and relaxing, and I couldn't feel a thing. Then I had the cut. Helena was so quick and there was no pain whatsoever! Again, I couldn't feel a thing. Helena was very friendly as well. By the end of it, I was in love with my new style. I couldn't believe how much it suited me. I've found my perfect style! Best of all, it was so affordable! Just $55! I've paid $70-80 elsewhere without feeling as pleased. I'll be back at Style & Cut for sure and I would highly recommend it to everyone!”

“This is a very good Japanese store in the Brisbane CBD. There is a free parking for clients that will shop in the store which is rare to find in the city. I came here to see what is available for my Asian cooking. They have many items free m rice, noodles of all kinds, spices, many kinds Soy sauce, frozen meat, basic vegetables use for Asian cooking. Several variety of snacks such as rice crackers, toasted nori, baked goodies. There’s variety of pottery bowls, saucers plates and chopsticks. I love this shop, I am coming back with my car so I can buy my needs.”

We have tried other florists but always return for their exceptional service and arrangements. Recently an interflorist order placed through st Lucia house of flowers went missing at a Newcastle hospital. Tanie the owner went above and beyond to track the misplaced order and then replaced the lost arrangement with a new bunch at their expense. Truly exceptional work and service from st Lucia house of flowers. Can highly recommend.”

“This place is great for haircuts. They take their time and give you the razer tidy and hot towel. Collette is particularly amazing, very friendly and caring and she takes great pride in her work, I will happily wait for her as her work cannot be faulted. Wait times are usually short all round, and they give you a bottle of water for free at the end. I used this place to do my friends and myself for my wedding, the marriage didn't last, but I still go to this place because they are reliable and worth the time and money.”

“A little shop with a good selection of Indonesian groceries, and some cooking utensils for making traditional Indonesian cakes. The owners and staffs are always friendly and helpful. They offer weekly preordered homemade Indonesian dishes and snacks to be picked up during Saturday lunchtime. Their weekly fresh tempe is the best. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Perrin Park is a large green space which caters well for all comers. A concrete ramp allows easy access for wheelchairs. There is an adventure playground with activities for a range of ages, barbecues, seating under two gazebos and a spectacular 4 carriage model train (pedal powered). Visit during the day to see hundreds if bats hanging , to sleep , from the upper branches of the trees along the small creek. At dusk, they wake to fly above the park! “A great park for running, taking your dog for a walk or to take your kids to either of the children’s playgrounds within. There’s a cycle track for kids and several outdoor exercise stations too. A linear walk through the park with a few benches and shaded areas.”

“Came here for breakfast and for lunch and both were just perfect. It’s a simple place; but the food is really a step above you rest. Perfect breakfast of avocado smash with feta cheese on sourdough bread. Wonderful scrambled eggs. After 2 PM the kitchen is closed but we managed fine with some fabulous quiche. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. You just can’t go wrong. Seems like it is mostly regulars here. Clearly everyone is welcome. EAT HERE OFTEN”

I didn’t get the barbers name, but he was an Irish lad who’s been working for the company for 7months now and he did a fantastic job.
