“They were fantastic! The quality of the ingredients used shone through and the bases were perfect. I picked them up, as their delivery driver was off for Christmas and so I got to sit and chat with the owners, as I watched the pizzas being made (may have had a sneaky pint whilst I waited). The owners are lovely and so passionate about their food. The menu has lots of great choices and a second side for vegan/vegetarian pizzas (we added a few bits to some of the pizzas in the photos). My photo of my pizza coming out of the oven didn't come out :( but I took pics of the pizzas and the cheese topped, herby potatoes. We will absolutely be back and having been to the restaurant to collect, we'll try and take the family to eat in as well.”

“I am a home cook and I am very fussy about my seafood, but this place made perfect tempura, and the katsu curry was wery nice with the sticky rice the chicken was a little dry but still tasty hence the 4 start on food, but I would definitely recommend and go back again.”

Drink are pricey, but like many restaurants, this is where they make money. Don't expect to leave hungry ! It's definitely a treat as just shy of £90 for 2 people and 2 beers + 2 appetisers.”

“First visit to Dodomi last night did not disappoint. Though we live in TW, I only found out about this place from FB and Instagram about 4 months ago. Great food, clean environment and quick service. I highly recommend the laksa. Great umami flavour with right amount of coconut milk. We also had the deluxe sushi and sashimi set. Very fresh and well presented with plenty of pickled ginger as a palate cleanser. Love it. The udon noodles had perfect texture. Thumbs up! Will definitely visit again. So good to have such a great dining experience locally.”

“Exceeded expectations. Every mouthful of the 5 dishes we ordered were delicious. Whilst influenced by Japanese cooking the flavours were sympathetically adapted to European tastes. Friendly efficient service made the whole dining experience enjoyable.”

“Proper welcome, see the food being cooked, Arancini special with truffle that tastes the hsiness is like a slice of heaven, I ate too much, superb Affogato, Truffle and Sausage pasta.. Nice chat about horses too. Highly recommended, at last I've found a superb restaurant in the South East.”

“This place is incredible. First Miso Soup I’ve really enjoyed, you have to try it! Also had sushi which was super fresh, the tuna crunch is amazing and also the salmon avocado. Loved it so much I tried the seaweed salmon one too- best sushi I’ve ever had.”

“Excellent food and good portions, the starter of chicken skewers was so good as was the lamb meatballs, my friend had chicken breast in mushroom truffle sauce which was also very good. Cocktails and wine excellent and service impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. Will definitely be back again soon.”

“Brilliant, bustling and family-friendly restaurant with delicious food served in a bright and welcoming space. We had a birthday lunch as a family of 4, and everybody enjoyed the food - especially the incredible new Paneer Tikka pizza!! It's such a great place to take the kids; the childrens' menu is very good value and they ate everything without any fuss (virtually unheard of at home)! Our waiter was attentive, friendly and upbeat, gave great recommendations and service with a smile. I really like the "Dolcetti", little desserts served with coffee, just in case you fancy something sweet but can't cram in a whole dessert after all the pizza. All in all a lovely experience - we will definitely be back soon for more!”

“Not been to ask for many years as usually not a fan of main stream Italian restaurants, but was pleasantly surprised here. Was my sister's 40th birthday and we had a big family meal here booked in advance. They were happy for us to do balloons and decorate the table. Very good service, was a busy Friday night but service was immaculate and couldn't have asked for better. Food was delicious, not one complaint at all from anyone and we had a variety of food. Personally loved the oven baked butterfly prawns to start, they were delicious. Had chicken and pancetta pizza for main with zucchini fries and again top notch. Highly recommended and thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience.”
