“An old-school friend recommended the Whibley’s jewellery store located on Warwick Street in the seaside town of Worthing. At first, I wasn’t really planning on buying anything from Whibley’s and then I suddenly came across a pair of novelty cufflinks, from my top favourite cufflink brand, Deakin & Francis. I must say – I was extremely chuffed with my purchase of the Deakin & Francis cufflinks from Whibley’s and item was also at a reduced price. In my personal opinion, Whibley’s is definitely Worthing’s only upscale and luxury jewellery establishment.”

“I purchased an engagement ring on Saturday for my fiancée. We went in together to select and within half an hour of their help we were able to come out with one that my fiancée loved. As a pretty clueless person on such affairs it was really great to have someone so helpful, knowledgeable and eager to explain things as Tracey. One thing I really appreciated was that whilst we never said what our budget was, when my fiancée wanted to see a specific ring (which was certainly towards the top end of my mental budget) I never felt the slightest pressure from them that I could/ should be spending more or even for a second suggest to my fiancée that the ring she picked could be anything other than the one that she had fallen in love with. In fact they only showed rings of equivalent or less value and did not admonish us against a more affordable option. It might sound quite simple but given the wide range of prices for engagement rings to be treated with respect whatever you are buying made me/ us feel at ease and meant it did feel like a special occasion. Despite paying I even enjoyed the experience. We live in London and the ring needed to be resized and they arranged for this to be done at the start of the week and it was with us by Wednesday. Their communication was excellent in between this transaction and the arrival of the ring also. I cannot praise them highly enough, would recommend to anyone looking for friendly and insightful guidance and will look to them for wedding rings when it comes to that time.”
