“Fantastic large store with ample parking, free for 2hrs, & a lovely cafe that makes delicious drinks & has a limited range of extremely appealing looking food. I went to the customer services desk, the tills after shopping to purchase my food & wine, then into the cafe, & everybody that served me gave me a genuine happy smile, therefore great place to be & for a Wednesday, everything I needed was in stock, also because the store is large, they had a great range of everything you could possibly need.”

“Great parking 1and a half hours allowed. Plenty of disabled bays. Disabled friendly shopping. Great prices and quality and the famous random middle Isle. Big choice of products and their meat is excellent quality. Can't beat it. Friendly staff, what's not to like. Only downside is that there are not many staff on the floor to ask questions - but that's how they keep costs down. Other Downside is that there are no self service checkouts or basket checkouts. People tend to go there to stock up on great trolley loads, so if you've got a basket with a few items, it can be very frustrating.”

“Great service, above and beyond - I took a delivery recently and as always got an email in advance, confirming time and letting me know that a couple of items were not available. The driver was puzzled when he arrived, and said he was sure he'd seen them both in store as he'd passed through. I told him it was fine, neither was vital. A couple of hours later, there was a knock at the door and there was the driver with the missing items, which he'd picked up and delivered on his way home! So kind. Staff are generally cheerful and helpful, even when working under difficulties.”
