"I went into get a watch that I bought elsewhere adjusted to fit my wrist properly and was very pleased with the service. Although they were very busy, (and I can see why, based on what I experienced) the wait time was minimal. The lady assisting me was very friendly and more than happy to adjust my watch to a size that fitted perfectly for me. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. As I was waiting, I noticed excellent service provided to other customers as well. Definitely recommend to anyone."

"Whilst I love shopping here and have been a customer before, not so long ago, yesterday's experience wasn't up to standard. I'm all for new staff learning, I felt this assistant needed more supervision. Very timid but friendly and very thorough dusting items even though they weren't dusty. The assistant took their time getting getting two items from the stock room and taking labels off goods. Then they asked for personal details, name, address, phone number and email. The confusion came as my email and address weren't the same as details already held from my previous sale as I'd moved this year. This not being my fault as I didn't know I needed to inform a store. The sale of two items took over half hour. I wasn't in a hurry but towards the end of the sale I was. All in all a good store with lovely items. I hope the assistant gets more help as I'm sure they'll do very well."

"After looking in the window for a while I decided to go into F.Hinds for some advice. I was greeted by a friendly lady called Amanda who welcomed me and asked me what watch I was after. I suggested a few as I was unsure. Out of the four watches I selected she produced a Boluva watch I did not even notice. Wow, what an eye for style. It was exactly what I needed. Stylish, smart and automatic. I have been browsing online and made many mistakes trying to find a watch, F.Hinds with their knowledgeable staff made it easy. Left a very happy customer...."
