“Outstanding. Dishwasher gave up on Friday. Friday evening we settled on a new model (Miele, in short supply nationwide). Found the Appliance Superstore, who had stock, but no delivery slots were showing before the Tuesday. So on Saturday morning, we rang them to see if they could deliver - it being a bank holiday, we were informed that sadly, they had no vans on the road that day. But 5mins later, they called back and said they could deliver immediately. So within an hour of our first phone call, on a bank holiday weekend with no delivery drivers available, the owner & his son had turned up in a van (with only our delivery on it), dropped off our new machine & taken the old one away for recycling. It's always a delight to meet this sort of motivated business, we need more like them - full marks to the owners, managers and staff alike. Reward effort & great service when you find it, if you want more of it - I highly recommend you give these guys your business. 10/10.”

“I can’t say how impressed I was with Laurence and his assistant Dan. I’ve been thinking of getting a Charnwood log burner for ages and putting it off. I finally got around to it and the finished result is beautiful and gives off a lot of heat. Just what I need going into the winter. Laurence was very helpful, and knew the pros and cons of the entire range of products. I’m sure I made the right choice and can’t recommend him highly enough.”

“I'm a domestic Appliance Engineer by trade and will often recommend customers to Carter's as I had heard great things about them. Well I needed to buy a dishwasher for myself and wanted to support the local business rather than one of the big online retailers. I had a great experience when buying my new Siemens freestanding dishwasher. They were able to supply the dishwasher and have it delivered to the store within a day or two and they were able to match the online price I had seen so please, do not believe that buying online is always cheaper. Go and support your local store and I don't think you'll be disappointed. Thanks.”

“I was given this company's details by AEG as the local recognised service engineers for our washer drier that is still under warranty. Having seen the other review of this company I was a little hesitant using them but as it happens they couldn't have been better. Phoned them on Tuesday morning and they arrived Wednesday morning at 8.30am on the dot. Friendly and knowledgeable engineer who gave me some good advice on using the machine. Maybe we were lucky but I felt compelled to write a review as my experience was so good.”

“Recently looking for a new kitchen, so many times I pasted the Hove shop and kept saying I must go in for a look. When we decided to change are kitchen , Neptune cane to mind, when going into the shop, it was so beautifully laid out , and very comfortable to look around without any pressure from the staff, in fact Louise offered coffe and just made it a really good experience, we took are brochure home and really I did not need to look else where. Second visit Jeanette the store manager , was so friendly and arranged for Lee the designer ito pop round to give us some ideas . After Lee’s visit he drew up a plan , which looked great, Lee was wonderful and the rest is history as they say, we have a wonderful new kitchen, and all I can say is Neptune is a fabulous place to deal with. The fitting all went to plan and the workman where such hard workers. Neptune is also great for interiors, so I will be making lots of visits to the shop . “Marks and Spencer Brighton isn't large but sells a reasonable selection of items. The coffee is great but the restaurant a bit dark and dull, it could do with updating. Good central position.”
