“I'd used Mercedes main dealer for 12 years. Fan belt went on e class the day before I had to go to London. Main dealers said it would be two weeks before they could repair it. I explained the urgency but they wouldn't change, then sarcastically said you could use Delaceys, but they are not as good as us. So I took the car to Delaceys and they sorted it out same day. I've used them ever since and found them much better than the main dealers. Always very polite and helpful.”

Came out with a full explanation as to what had actually caused the problem (a loose piece of plastic), advice that the place that had quoted me £160 to fix it was probably lying about it, and a repaired watch for free. Highly recommended - they could've easily charged me for the repair but chose to be honest instead, and I think that reflects well on the business as a whole”
