Came out with a full explanation as to what had actually caused the problem (a loose piece of plastic), advice that the place that had quoted me £160 to fix it was probably lying about it, and a repaired watch for free. Highly recommended - they could've easily charged me for the repair but chose to be honest instead, and I think that reflects well on the business as a whole"
