“I went into new look on Thursday looking for a dress for my mums funeral after not receiving my dress online from another store, the lady I spoke to, I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely lovely she took me round the store looking for dresses and after about 30 mins I found a dress I don’t wear dresses so I was way out of my comfort zone trying to find one and she made the experience so much better given the bad situation, so I’d like to give them 5* from myself absolutely fab customer service and lots of lovely dresses / clothes to choose from I will definitely be going back again for my summer wardrobe.
