“All the staff were extremely friendly, Rupert appeared to enjoy himself and it definitely put our minds at ease seeing a photo of him playing in the field.”

“We arrived on 4th Jan to a cold room. The lady that was on that evening she said she had come from another site to cover. She came to the room to check the heating but was unable to fix it. She went away and came back after finding out how the system worked. I want to say she has great customer service and made sure the problem was fixed. Shame I did not get her name. The following day I met the receptionist Maz she was super friendly and smiley and a great personality. She is an asset to your company as she has great customer service skills. The lady I met on the evening reception unfortunately I did not get her name she also had great customer service and friendly. Stourbridge Premier Inn in my experience have a great Team and brilliant customer service.”

“Lovely staff, room was clean but sooo small for family of four (no room to move between beds, side tables removed etc) so felt very claustrophobic for a two night stay. Great location too with a lovely beefeater to eat in.”

“I love the Talbot, it is pricey, but it is worth it as a special treat just for the atmosphere. It has not been ruined by modernisation, the eating areas encompass the traditional with a modern day slant. If you ever get the opportunity to go upstairs, it is fascinating. The history has been preserved so well, centuries old beautiful carved wood panels, sloping oak floors, tapestries. Make a promise to yourself to visit for a Christmas drink, it is charming.”
