“I would like to say a big thank you to the doctors, nurses, support nurses, ward clerks, porters and domestic staff . My father who is 92years old was admitted to A and E with pneumonia and sepsis. We were moved to the Acute Medical Unit then Harbourne ward . Every member of staff we have met has been kind, caring, respectful and supportive . The medical staff have kept us informed and explained to us dads care and treatment. We have been offered food/,drinks continually and a put up bed when I stayed overnight in dads room . Thank you all so much for all your support and hard work .”

“I went to this little clinic yesterday for the first time yesterday, I rang and got an appointment straight away for fillers, they had special offer. Dr Madhura gave me a free consultation, explained me so much about different sort of fillers, and procedures, I was very impressed, then he done the filler I wanted and give me his advice, and put fillers in different areas, I was worried first because I like to stay natural but I was so impressed, I saw the result straight away and today it looks so good, now I regret that I did not do more, he really knows his job and do not pressure the clients to buy products or more procedures. “I have been visiting central clinic in Solihull for laser nail treatment as they are the only people in the midlands offering this service. I have had 3 visits so far and I am very happy with the treatment I have received. The treatment room is lovely and clean and both the podiatrists I have seen Harvi and Nicole have been wonderful. They are both very knowledgeable and informative. Progress can already be seen with my treatment and I am extremely happy about this. Parking is available in Mell Square carpark and the clinic is literally a 2 minute walk up the road from there for anyone visiting who doesn't know Solihull.”

“Seen a lovely vet called Lorenzo who talked us through what was happening. Unfortunately our own vet hadn't got a clue. He said might be best to let her go but after doing an ECG which was sent off to Willows (supposed to be there next day with my fur baby for a CT scan) he said might have a chance. We then took my baby to Willows but unfortunately she passed in the night. Been here twice and both times vets were lovely to my baby.”
