She’s great fun and despite the embarrassment of intimate laser hair removal. She puts you so at ease it’s doesn’t really matter. Best beautician/cosmetic technician I’ve ever been too.”

“As a westerner, British citizen, I was extremely sceptic towards herbal medicine but my opinions have since changed thanks to this wonderful womans strange medicine. I was suffering with acne, eczema and alopecia areata and was incredibly fatigued and a little depressed as I've also just been diagnosed with Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease. I was forced into visiting by my family as I had tried everything to help my hair begin regrowing and getting very irritated with the stress and discomfort that comes with eczema. Tere is nothing our western doctors can do to treat alopecia (as they will openly admit), very little that can be done to help eczema and only long-term anti-biotics to tackle acne. I didn't belive in herbal medicine anymore than I did homeopathy or witch doctors. I entered Dr Diana's Medical Centre, sat down for a short consultation. She began by asking questions, both medical and personal, she felt my pulse and checked my hair out. She decided my body was ‘tired’ and all my problems are linked. Being the sceptic I am, I decided she should stop calling herself a ‘doctor’. She ‘prescribed’ me a weeks worth of some faecal looking herbal tea, which she mixed in front of me so it was ‘perfectly suited to my needs’, she gave me some herbal pills (that look like rabbit droppings) which I have to take 24 of a day and some hair tonic to help regrowth on my once hairy head – for £104. I decided she should be wearing a mask with her ‘Dr.’ tag. This was on Friday, it's now Thursday. After following Dr Diana's instructions, within 3 days my acne had dissapeared, bar a single zit(!), blotchiness in my skin had also gone and i began to feel far more active and just generally in better health. Yesterday, after applying hair tonic twice a day, I noticed regrowth on my head. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I've had alopecia before and it took 2 years to come back and I never regained all of my hair. My hair is now growing back at what i can only describe as a miraculous rate. I'm going to continue taking the herbal tea as my general health has drastically improved, I've not had an eczema flare up all week and my acne is no more. Numerous GP's have tried for years to fix these problems with absolutely no success. Alopecia, eczema, acne, being run down - all of this was fixed in less than a week. Granted, all my hair hasn't come back yet but it most certainly looks like it's heading that way. In short - this place has completely changed my outlook on herbal medicine and I Imagine I will be taking it for many years to come. Amazing.”

“Visit to the Audiology Department to order new Hearing Aids. Pleasant receptionist and then seen smack on time by the Audiologist who was pleasant and efficient ,patiently explaining my options. Came out feeling more than satisfied. The on site cafe is also good and clean for simple food and drinks.”

“Initially rang for an appt after finding an abnormal mole on my back , only to find I cdn t get an appt for 2 weeks- then after a chat with the nurse was put in 2 days later to see nurse / doctor and 20 mins later the problem was resolved. Cannot praise the nurse / doctor for their care and professionalism.....had previously visited over 5 years ago.....not a good experience ....but was amazed at the change in the practice. Keep up the good work! Very impressed !”
