“My Wife & I wanted a new kitchen but didn't really know what we wanted. We asked Les from Pheonix to come round & he spent time talking to us about what we wanted, what we didn't want & what our budget was. A few days later we went to his showroom & he had designed us a beautiful kitchen on his laptop. Unfortunately this had come in a fair bit over our budget. Les spent a long time with us (even though it was a Saturday afternoon & I think he was expecting to have been home about an hour ago!). He explained different ways we could change this round to save money whilst still keeping the same design. He was more than happy for us to buy certain things ourselves if we could get them cheaper. He even told us about a shop that had a great sale on cookers & hobs at the time which helped to save us some money. Eventually Les came up with an amazing design that was within our budget. My Wife then went back & changed her mind on various things about another 6 times which Les didn't mind at all. When it came to the kitchen being fitted everything was done to a very high standard. The kitchen looks 100 times better than it did before. If you are thinking of getting a new kitchen or bathroom make sure you speak to Les before you decide to go with anyone else, I honestly can't recommend Pheonix high enough.”

I've recently been unwell and the whole practice pulled out all the stops to get me help when the Worcester Royal couldn't. In troubled times for our NHS this place goes above and beyond. A shining example of compassion and professionalism. I feel very lucky to have them available to look after my friends and family too.”

“What a fantastic nursery. My little boy joined in September 2022 and settled in immediately. All of the staff know the children very well and are loving and warm towards them. The nursery Manager Ms Carter is very professional and communication between staff and parents is superb. We get weekly newsletters via an app and use tapestry to see our little ones progress. The daily rates are reasonable and the choice of hot food is great value for money. I would highly recommend little Trinity.”
