“Come here alot and rate it highly! Had an issue with order arriving not as good as usual, (usually food is the best!) made complaint and issue was rectified quickly and was kindly offered anything off the menu for free plus delivery as an apology! Food is 99% of the time the best Italian in kiddy... Highly recommended by me and when errors occur, management can't do enough to fix!!!”

“Absolutely fantastic and what a wonderful place. Visited today and luckily Cricket was being played so watched that for a bit. Food was being served at reasonable prices and everyone we spoke too pleasant and friendly. Then on to the play park for our little one which she thoroughly enjoys ... Yes we have been here several times! Overall a great place to visit for a couple of hours to keep children entertained or just to go for a nice walk. For slightly older kids there is a very good skate park. The place felt safe and a lovely atmosphere. I recommend.”

“Absolutely fantastic meal here a few weeks ago. The new menu is really good, with plenty of choice for everyone. I chose the chilli salmon and really enjoyed it. The halloumi fries were the best I've ever eaten. The Cavalier has changed hands a few times over the years, but I really think it's the best it's ever been now that Ben has taken over. It's really welcoming and a great pub for a family meal or local night out with friends.”

“We had our sons 2nd birthday party here today, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely time, nothing was to much trouble. The party room was clean, warm and laid out perfectly. The party food was very fresh, well balanced (sandwiches and nibbles but also a fruit platter) with unlimited squash to the children. “Great place, we've furnished our lounge to dining room with oak furniture, had a suit 3 seater and 2 seater. TV unit. Nest of tables,book shelf, dining table and chairs, Side board. Now we're after a rustic coffee table with draws, that will be our last piece of furniture. We'd be lost without this place. Staff are helpful. Oak Furniture clearance, keep doing what your doing. Your doing a great job.”

“Went in for a quick pint yesterday which turned into a bit of a session. They had a buy one get one free offer on. I love this pub, gaffer is always striving to keep his prices low. Example the HPA is £3 per pint. Friendly atmosphere with decent food.”

“Such a great atmosphere, with 80s,90s music being played loud at night . Drinks a reasonable price too. In the day they serve food but not tried yet . Inside basically a pub nothing special but at night comes alive with the music”

“HUGE!!! Can do a massive clothing shop here!!! Probably very expensive though! So many options to Christmas presents and unique items in the home and habitat sections. My favourite sainsburys by far!! Staff are lovely and patient. Car park is huge. Shelves were well stocked. Toilets available.”

“I was dreading going 15 hours on a coach journey however the host was friendy. Served hot food drinks etc all very cheap. We had games and films on the tvs. And the chair reclined right back. I would definatley recommend”
