“We dealt with Hunters through our house purchase and can safely say they were absolutely fantastic. We had the pleasure of dealing with Pippa who got us through the most stressful part which was dealing with our solicitors, Simply conveying (Don't go with these guys, That's a whole other story). Pippa was friendly, fantastic, Approachable and very proffesional she was always at the other end of the phone to do everything she could to help out and actually went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Pippas hard work is a massive credit to Hunters, she deserves a pay rise for the amount of quality work she does.”

“A pleasant little getaway just a stones throw away from the centre, it is a perfect place to stay. The owners and staff were nothing short of warm and welcoming, the food had an amazing range and didn’t disappoint, and the rooms were comfy. I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to stay there.”

“Lovely experience, visited the park before but this was the first time we stayed at the hotel. Clean, big rooms, great customer service, friendly and very helpful staff. Reasonable prices compared to other theme parks, a lot of fun stuff to do with a lot of entertainment for kids in the evening and during breakfast. The food, both dinner and breakfast was great and sensible prices as well. Highly recommended for a fun family holiday or just a weekend out. As well a lot of meet and greet sessions with the characters from Thomas the tank engine.”

“The hotel (1.9.22) was absolutely fine but the 5 stars relates to the two staff having to deal with the reception, bar and restaurant in the evening. They were short of drink at the bar and food in the restaurant but the staff couldn’t be more helpful, offering a free dinner due to a wait. Well done”

“Stayed here over night on a visit to the National Aboretum which is about a 20 minute drive away, Premier Inn standards, ideal for what we needed, eatery for your meals just next door, good idea to book as it gets busy, excellent, really enjoyed our stay.”

“I stayed her for 5 nights early March as I was going to crufts. The hotel Was lovely and clean. The staff was very happy to have myself and my dogs staying there. I can not praise the staff enough for the things they did for my stay. Thank you all. And I hope to see you next year.”

“Having been stuck in gridlock at Tamworth services, realising that nothing was moving ( it was like that for over 4 hours), we opted to stay at the Travelodge there. The 1st big plus was the very pleasant receptionist, advising us to book online, as we'd get a better deal, which we did. The 2nd plus was the condition of reception and the room, both were exceptional for cleanliness and space, with an aroma of soap, not the usual disinfectant. The room was great, we didn't expect much, being a services location, but out view was a lawn area and trees, and pretty quiet too. We opted for a "breakfast box", which had brioche, flapjack, cornflakes with UHT milk and orange squash. It was surprisingly nice. All of the staff were friendly and polite and despite being delayed 12hrs, it was not a negative experience.”

“I have had a very pleasant experience at Burchell Edwards in Tamworth. Initially, John was extremely helpful with ensuring that the property I purchased was reserved for me. I had regular communication with John who was able to advise me about how to go about moving for the first time. Will has been extremely helpful throughout the process. He has been in regular contact and has responded to all my emails and phone calls quickly regarding the move. John and Will are both extremely professional, kind, polite and helpful.”

“I found petals boarding before they’d officially opened so felt a little nervous booking with no reviews. The owner let me go and have a look round so I booked in. By the time my two rabbits went the place was even better with larger pens inside and much bigger runs outside. Everything looks spotlessly clean, no horrible animal smell and we were sent videos and photos while away which my children loved! I also made a mistake not booking an extra day boarding for our holiday but the owner happily kept them an extra day without charging me which to me goes above and beyond! Really rate this company and will be booking my rabbits in for next year.”

“We left our pet dog Sparky for a day in the Willow Bottom kennels. Lisa is friendly and was very helpful while we did the enquiry and booking over the phone . The place is very clean and has lots of space. It’s a very welcoming environment and we are happy. Would highly recommend this kennels.”

“This was perhaps our best cattery experience - the staff are lovely, friendly people who will look after your pet with care. Our pets seemed much less spooked than picking them up from others - which tells me what they received much more/better human interaction. We tend to treat our kittens like actual humans, so we do worry whenever we go away. The staff sent us an update and photograph of our pets to let us know they were safe and happy - which really helps put your mind at ease when travelling away. I would recommend this as a cattery for sure - I hope you find this review helpful :)”

“Hop it holidays is by far the best rabbit boarding service! Tracey is very knowledgeable and the rabbits health and welfare always comes first. It’s also great to know that all rabbits attending are fully vaccinated meaning My two are protected as much as possible from Infections diseases. “The inn was full so we were invited to stay in a cottage. It was excellent. Three bedrooms one of them a king size bed with large room. Very comfortable lounge area, good wifi, lovely breakfast. Recommend this Inn or cottage.”

“The hotel was clean, the room was very nice and the food choices were excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful If you need to improve anything I would suggest more staff in the morning over the breakfast period, although your single staff member was lovely the service was very slow. Your poor staff member was very busy serving customers their breakfast and having to check them out plus cleaning as well.”
