“Don't judge a book by it's cover is the old saying, and I nearly didn't walk into the place!!! It's tired looking and a mess tbh, but I cannot fault this place at all!! I needed a replacement auto gearbox selector for my 2005 mercedes. Mercedes wanted over £750 for the part alone and I was not happy, however after a brief call to the guys at MBA I was told to bring the car down, they had a replacement and it would take only a few minutes to fit. The lads there honestly know their stuff, I was told problems that these cars have etc and I was dealt with straight away, the part was fitted with the blokes eyes closed and I even got a three month guarantee on the part. All in, including fitting was £170 and I couldn't be happier!!!! I'm back on the road and saved myself A LOT OF MONEY! I will be back there to get a set of alloy wheels when I have a few spare quid. Don't bother getting ripped off by mercedes, go here, get the correct part (reconditioned) and drive off smug, feeling good!!!!! Top lads, I'm really grateful.”

“JT Motors does exactly what it says on the package. But they do it very well. Everything is run like clockwork, appointments are made, they tell you when to drop your motor off and they let you know when it's finished and always check if something needs doing. Yes I know cars are a black hole to chuck money into but I've never had a report and work done that wasn't spot on. Definitely worth your time contacting them if you've got motor trouble or just want a service and MOT.”

“It is so refreshing to find an honest mechanic and in Steve I have finally found one, I asked him to replace the steering rack on my slk 350 automatic which I supplied and he has done an amazing job, the is no more kick back when turning and it drives perfectly. While replacing the steering rack he noticed the lower track control arms were shot and rather than other garages who would just do the work Steve phoned me first to let me know and if I would like to source the parts myself or get him to order them, how refreshing the honesty was, he even kept the damaged parts to show me what state they were in, I cannot recommend Steve and his garage highly enough for his professionalism and honesty. The only thing I am gutted about is I have lived in Lichfield for years and only just found Steve but at least I now have a garage and person i can confidently leave my car with, 10/10 5+stars, you will not be disappointed with just talking to Steve first”
