“Great variety of household, garden, leisure, craft, outdoor, pet care, health & beauty and toys at reasonable prices. Fair sized Iceland and cafe inside. Store is next door to large Tesco. Large carpark. It can be busy at peak times.”

“The store is located InThe center of the city centre or Belfast and can be easily accessed. The styles of the fashion sections can be a bit out dated but occasionally you could still find nice clothes. The home and children sessions were not as big as some of the stores”

“I was down this afternoon trying to find a few toys after trying I asked a young lady she was very helpful and courteous brought me to the aisle to find were toy tunnel was and even asked me if I needed anymore assistance to find other toys I was also looking for magnetic puzzles unfortunately they were out of stock she even helped recommend other puzzle toys I noticed her name badge she was called (Lauren) this young lady represents the smyths toy store very well and also the the cashier was very pleasant but I didn't notice her name it was around 2pm of today I always like going into the Smyths toys store as they have good variety of toys for all ages.”

“I ordered an oven and hob for store pick-up. The woman was so quick and helpful that she then asked if I needed help to the car. She got a young man to help me out, he took the massive box to the car, it was too big then boot wouldn't close. He was due to go home in a few minutes and would be off shift. I felt bad. He stayed and tied the boot down finished the job. I didn't get names but both employees were amazing.”
