“Super convenient and very well priced for the area. Stayed in a 6 bed suite with some friedns over a weekend together and would hight recommend. The room was clean and well presented with secure electric hotel locks, which honestly isn't somethingI'vee seen on a motel in nz before. The room was vlean and very spacious, smelt fresh and clean. The bathroom to our suite was a stunning walk in showe, and there were war, clean towels waiting for us on arrival. For 375 a night between 6 people.. i highly recommend the ellerslie palms motel. Super convenient, nice apartment style room and very quiet to boot. I will definitely be back again if i need a big room again”

“Great stay and close to airport. Staff were polite, easy check in. Room was modern and very clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Pillows and linen were top notch and spotless. Location was handy to a nearby mall with supermarket and kmart and several nearby restaurants all within walking distance. All i would say is more signage out the front although google helped us find it easy enough. Highly recommmend and will be staying there again in the near future.”

“A lovely place to relax and stay. Feels like the guests' comfort has been genuinely considered. The two-seater recliner sofa is a real treat in a motel studio unit. The shower dome reduces noise and steam in the bathroom, the kitchen is very well-equipped, the bed comfortably firm, the layout of the room pleasing, everything clean and well-presented. The pool is a wonderful bonus in summer. Highly recommend.”

“We had two lots of family visiting from overseas for our wedding stay here in the last couple of weeks. On both occassions they had an excellent stay! The views from the first floor are lovely and the motel is right on the beach. Easy walking access to convenience stores, the marina and ferry. Would defintely recommend”

“We had the most wonderful stay here for our short getaway. It’s a beautiful, spacious, garden-like place with stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and cozy. The food was exquisite. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to the ladies - they were awesome! Let alone that it’s conveniently situated literally within one minute walk from the bus-stops both to and from the ferry terminal. A strong recommend and a must-go if you are planning visiting Waiheke.”

“My precious cat Zarvi is 20 and has always been in the same cattery. I had to find another as my usual was full and found Catsalanca. The day before our holiday she become unwell and needed antibiotics for a few days. Catsablanca were truly amazing looking after Zarvi. They gave her the medication she needed and looked after her the way we pamper her at home. We also recieved emails and pictures which was wonderful. I cant thank Catsblanca enough for being so caring and dedicated to looking after our cat. I can highly recommend and will definitely be back !!!”

“Very happy with our stay here. Rooms were very quiet, views were great and I felt that what was advertised was very accurate. Staff were very friendly, we did not eat at the resort so cannot comment on the food. Thanks for a great stay team.”

“Lovely spot to stay. Especially loved the spa and roomy bedroom. Traffic is quite noisy but birds outside the window were lovely. Would definitely stay again. One suggestion would be to have a coffee table or similar in the lounge area.”

“Great place to stay... Everything is really tidy & clean. But.....Service in the Dining room sure could do with a major tweak as we were waiting so long for another drink, that we gave up waiting & got out own, also gave up waiting for a waiter to take our desert request. Childs order also was received after the adults which isn't great, then we also had to ask for the child's desert. Service in the restaurant was shocking. Great that it's only 10 minutes walk to the train station.”

“Beautiful place! We are staying for the weekend in a cabin. Sure it's definitely older but it's super clean, close to lots of restaurants etc and the beach is beautiful. I don't find the older bathrooms and kitchen a problem. True kiwi camping! Definitely recommend if you want an authentic kiwi camping experience.”
