“Nice place to stay, quiet, clean. Spacious rooms. Can have shared bathroom. The Property owner was such a kind caring person with a lovely family. Makes guests feel welcome. Close to the Beach ( right across the road ) a couple minutes walk to the township. Wifi, nice big deck to sit on. Great public transportation. I really enjoyed my time at the Manor. And would definitely stay again. What made it special to me was the kindness of the owners. Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me.”

“One word... Brilliant! Woodbury Kennels is approx. 45min from Central Auckland and set on a 16 acre property that reminds me of a resort setting. The dogs are divided into large and small (to ensure sanity and safety is kept) and are housed in their own accomodation. The beds look super comfy and the are fed twice a day with Black Hawk dog food. Whilst we are on holiday, we love receiving Facebook updates - photos of our boy with the other guests... it give us extra assurance he is enjoying his break as much as we are enjoying ours. Through out the day they are able to play with the other dogs of their size in their large grounds. On pickup, whilst I cannot comment for all dogs, ours gets washed, all ready for his reunion back home with the family. Summary: Woodbury Kennels is a place you can leave your fur baby to have a holiday of their own whilst you kick back and relax on your holiday in knowing your babies will be well and truly taken care of and have the best time of their lives without breaking your bank account. I have no hesitation in recommending Woodbury and I personally will continue to book Wilson in for his holiday. 5 Stars!”

“I work nearby- and due to fatigue and stress.. I forgot my house keys and had accidentally locked myself out. I was unable to contact my husband who has the spare keys as he was already at work. Good thing, ANZAC Court Motel was there to the rescue. I was able to check in early @9am. Bruce in the front desk was very helpful and is absolutely nice and kind. I would give him 10/10 for his service. The room I had is also great and clean (smells nice too). The bed, pillows and towels are soft- made me sleep like a baby. Also the TV is great with built in Netflix and Youtube. Lots of parking space available as well. I was joined by my husband in the afternoon in the motel- and all he says is how great the place is. Will definitely house our relatives in here once they come over from overseas for a vacation ❤️ The stressful day for me turned out to be a wonderful staycation instead. Thank you again for the great service Bruce and the rest of the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Superb accommodation from the warm welcome by Neil to the perfect cooking by Ron. Great place with plenty of space. Quiet az surroundings with some lovely native birds tweeting. The sauna, hot spa and pool ate fantastic for a relaxing weekend. Nice open fireplace in the lounge. Ron's onside cooking is superb, every little piece cooked perfectly. Thanks for the amazing stay.”

“I had to book in last minute as my travel plans changed. The reception doesn't look like much and neither does the hallway, but the apartment is just amazing. It has everything you need , spacious and clean and was above my expectations for sure . You even get a little toothpaste which is rare in hotels and was extremely useful . Perhaps one thing that is missing is a separate recycling bin in the apartment.”

“Spend 2 nights at the "studio". We had a great sleep and our sight was amazing. Thank you, that we could be your guests. Own bathroom, but no kitchen. But that was fine. We had a toaster, boiler and some dishes, which was fine. Carpark and WiFi also available”

“Thank you so much Jim & Phyl for an amazing weekend getaway!! Our family had such a wonderful and relaxing time at your stunning home and nature surrounding your property!! Please do read on for awesome details of our stay!! the reviews are what got me to book this place - Our hosts were so warm and welcoming, it felt like staying with friends. Responses to any messages/questions we had were so quick - this was a last minute overnight decision to get away from the city for a long weekend and we’re so glad we did. We used the incredible SPA/sauna both evenings which was the cherry on top! Soo relaxing...The BREAKFAST was absolutely delicious with a selection of items and beverages! We had access to the big kitchen to quickly prepare/heat meals. My husband enjoyed the GYM equipment!! We also did some relaxing walks around the beautiful farm property and surrounding, peaceful rural area (seeing the range of animals in the area was an experience! Chickens, cows, rabbits, ducks..not to mention beautiful trees & plants surrounding the property) The ROOMS were absolutely beautiful, spacious, luxurious and clean with the comfiest beds and lovely bathrooms fully equipped with all you need for your stay. The lounge area was big, peaceful and relaxing. While the property feels far removed from everything, the Waiuku town centre is conveniently located so close by for anything you may need (2mins drive)! Phyl & Jim are a lovely, warm couple and wonderful company! So easy to get along with and very accommodating. They had great tips for local attractions, secret spots and clear communication. One of the BEST B&Bs you will stay at!! A must visit!! :) thank you so much for the beautiful farm style experience :) we will definitely be back some time”
