“Ordered my dress and it was shipped next day. Unfortunately, due to no fault of theirs, Aust Post decided to send it on a tour of Australia so it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted G & H and they were on to it and very apologetic. Service was great. The quality of my dress is very good and I thought reasonably priced. I would use them again.”

“After reading the negative reviews on here I’m thinking to myself, gosh don’t you people understand Australian retail already! I’ve been working at David Jones for 10 years now and it’s not fair that companies let the sales staff cop slack, get over yourselves and if you have a issue ordering online go into the store like I did! I was after some sheets and wanted to fee the texture before I bought. I walked in the pottery barn kids and it was so busy but a lady and a guy managed to ask me for assistance and helped me find the sheets I wanted. I was walking through west elm next door and saw these mirrors and loved them. Another lady at the counter nearby saw me starring in awe and asked me for help. She immediately used her computer to tell me the price and how many were available for delivery. I bought 3 of the wall mirrors and they were delivered In 3 days which was fine by me. They gave me a tracking number and I received an sms from dhl. Fellow aussies need to realise that this is a retail chain and if you’re not satisfied with online buying and ordering, go into the store. Give the hard working staff members some empathy cos I hated retail and I only stayed to feed my children and pay my bills which was so tough for a first time mum! Just uploaded photos of my mirrors put up! They came with screws to screw into the wall for hanging.. I love them what a bargain! Half price from $400 down to $200 each!”

“Today l went into Chemist Warehouse in Northgate to purchase a Blood Pressure Machine. A young lady (Juanita Fitzpatrick) showed me all the different machines available and helped me choose which was most suitable and best for me. She was exceptionally kind, patient and most helpful. They had three checkouts running at the time so no one was stuck in a queue for long. Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked about other chemist items. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.”
