I called around different stores, very very snappy and was quickly told they dont do over phone enquiries or sales and hung up on me. Tried sending email enquiry, they responded they received my enquiry But NO further emails received from them to answer my sales enquiry. Online store had NO STOCK. DONT RECOMMEND"

"Terrible customer service. I came in with a friend just before Christmas because she wanted to get herself some pyjamas. When we did, we weren’t welcomed or approached by any of the workers as they all stood at the counter chatting to themselves. It was only when my friend went up and asked for another size that someone - reluctantly - helped us. She needed a small and the worker looked at her in disbelief and quite rudely said, “I’M a small”, in front of the other staff and my friend agreed to get a medium because she felt embarrassed. We returned last week to exchange the set for the small that she originally asked for because the medium was huge on her. Luckily, the girl that served her this time was a bit nicer."
"Popped in to this store today, about 5-6 staff members (around the counter). I am standing in front of the counter with a pyjama for about 30 seconds. The lady comes up to me looking like she doesn’t know why I am waiting for…with weird attitude. They were maybe 2-3 customers in the store including me. Peter Alexander, please retrain or replace your loganhole staff, I felt like I just interrupted something important. When I am paying too dollar for a pyjama, I am expecting a little bit better service (more welcoming)."
