In addition to the library services, CALS also offers a unique ride-hailing service called METRO Connect, which operates in the John Barrow Road/West Central Little Rock area. This service uses smaller vehicles and provides door-to-door on-demand transportation for riders within a set service area. METRO Connect utilizes a smartphone app, the Transloc Microtransit App, for scheduling rides during regular operating hours.
