This complex, built in partnership between the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation and the City of Jacksonville, is the largest of its kind in the state. It features 14 trap fields, three skeet overlays, lit fields, pavilions, a lake, 3-D Archery Range, and a 5,100 square foot clubhouse with the First Security Learning Center. The facility offers 60 spots with water and 50 amp electric service for $30 per night. Please note that the institution is currently closed for maintenance on the Archery Range. Three pavilions are available for use on a first-come-first-serve basis or by reservation. The bathrooms and office were also renovated in 2018. The pool and splash park are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, with hours from 11a.m. to 7p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 1p.m. to 5p.m. on Sundays. Admission prices are $3 for guests aged 5 and younger, and $5 for those 6 and older. Half-price admission is available from 5p.m. to 7p.m. Monday through Saturday, and all day Sunday.

The park is open daily from sun up to sundown, and all facilities are free for public use. Reservations are recommended for the pavilions and gazebo, with a fee of $10 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours. The reservation fees go towards the care and upkeep of the park.
