"I put 5 stars but only because of my personal experience. I know that currently there are many issues with bugs, bursting pipes, rude management and loud kids and cars. But when I moved into these apartments in August 2018 with my buddy we never had an issue. Granite, it was our first place to ourselves so we weren't thinking to deep into it. But overall I enjoyed my stay. We had a few thermostat issues but they were fixed very quickly. Never had a problem with paying rent or calling the manager. Neighbors could be a little rowdy but it was bearable. Had a great time living there. I know it's gone downhill since I moved out in August 2020 but for those 2 years I was there it was pretty good with few complaints."

"Been here 3 years and my fiance been here 12 and we have not had many issues with now that we got an awesome property manager. We have a problem and the maintenance guys come everytime. Please I pray that all these guys stay cause they are the best out of all the rest."

"I definitely do not recommend this complex to anyone. The management definitely doesn’t care about you or your well being. I recently just moved out, during the big snow storm my pipe busted in my bedroom. Flooded the whole room almost and my bathroom was sitting in 2-3 inches of water. I tried to call management to let them know. They were on their lunch break, and once they got back and I tried to inform the management but I was ignored twice until I raised my voice. The claimed to “fix” the carpet, but it sat in water and they used fans to dry it out but to only replace the cushion under the carpet and not replace just the carpet. Also they do not do much upkeep on their buildings or landscape. If you don’t want to come home to your apartment smelling like weed or cigarettes this for sure isn’t the place for you. Also it’s definitely not worth $650 a month for 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom when you have to literally bother management to come fix something in your apartment."

"I have lived here twice. The first time for 3 years and now I just signed my 2nd year lease. I have never had an issue with maintenance coming out to fix things. They come out pretty much right away. Even had them out at 5:30 am when the apt upstairs flooded into my apartment below ... they took care of everything... The downfalls... they do not accept online payments. Which most apartment complexes do have the option to make online payments ..And they don't have saturday hours so anything you need done may require you to take time off work. Which is why I gave 3 stars. They do tend to switch managers every year and with that you do get good and bad managers. You do smell alot of weed even through the walls and being a non smoker it can be strong. Not all the windows have screens so it's hard to open windows. And some of the neighbors have rude company..by not parking in the guests spots, as the parking in front of each building is suppose to be for Tennant's only...and some blare their radios loud coming in and out (guests that is)... I know other apartments a Tennant can call towing companies when guest tend to stay nights or weekends and not parked in properly marked spots. Overall you can't choose the management or neighbors but that's any apartment complex."

"I recently moved here and thought that it was a nice place to live My opinion was quickly changed after I went on vacation and my son misplaced my apartment key. He was taking care of my puppy while I went on vacation but misplaced my key. I’m 10 hours away so I called the apartments that night to see if someone could open my door. No, answer, but they claim you can contact them if you have an emergency. So I waited until the next morning. Once the manager answered she had an attitude ( because I suppose I woke her from her sleep( She told me that it was a 50.00 charge and I quickly agreed to pay it, after all my puppy was home alone in his kennel with no way to get water or food or relieve himself and had unfortunately been there for hours at this time. I asked if someone could come immediately and let my son into the house, told her about my puppy and she said it was too early to wake up her maintenance man and spoke extremely disrespectful! Then told me that my son should not have misplaced the key and she didn’t have to do anything if she didn’t want to. She told me that my puppy wasn’t an emergency. I’m paying for her to have a job and she has the nerves to not want to do it. I wasn’t about to argue with her because I don’t deal with trash. I’m far too educated to stoop to her level. If you move here, you will regret it dearly! They tell you lies, to get you to move there, then God forbid anything goes wrong, you’ll be in trouble! You can’t even get into the place you’re paying rent monthly. She even had the nerves to tell me that my son should’nt have lost the key! Management is aweful and I’m leaving as soon as my lease is up! Don’t move here or you will regret it dearly! I will also be contacting the corporate office about this matter. Hopefully, they are more decent than the mess they hired and has entrusted to run their properties."
