"They really really try. So nice. They make drinks perfectly. Cranberry add real fruit strawberries slush.... delicious! Strawberry shake..... delicious! Best tots and onion rings. BUT So so so SLOW. You cannot go here in a rush. Order is NEVER right the first time. NEVER."

""0" stars! I ordered a spnic blast (oreo) and a vanilla shake. I ended up leaving without buying because the lady (black) had a horrible attitude because I wanted to add the new chili cheese wrap! She was confused about what I said, and they all laughed at me in the background. Therefore, I left and went to Bigstar and got some vanilla and oreo ice cream with cones. I don't have to spend money with places that have bad customer service."

"I am a sonic fanatic! The West Memphis Sonic on Broadway is the worst. I go to Sonic everyday to get a Rt 44 cranberry limeade. (Cranberry juice, Sprite and some limes) I went 3 times and everytime I've had to return my drink. They never put enough Cranberry flavor in it. It tastes just like straight up Sprite. The 3rd time is the charm though. This time I immediately returned it and asked for a refund. I was told since I ordered through the app I would have to get a refund through the app as well. That is my last visit to that Sonic. I will drive the extra to go to the Marion Sonic where they always make it right. It's not that hard to make geesh!"
