"Me and my family waited 30 minutes for waitress and over an hour to get our food. The food was halfway cooked and over 15 people left because of the wait. I feel that the manager and the waitress should tell customers that they are short staff and the wait is long. Upper management needs to come and fix these issues."

"Lady said to just pick a seat. finally found a somewhat clean table. She brought coffee. Never saw her again. Had to go to the counter and ask for coffee the second time and still no one had come by to get an order. Finally some one ask us what we wanted. then someone else came out confused on what a poached egg was. Then came back out to tell us there was no potatoes for skillet. They gave my husband attitude when he went to ask for our 3rd coffee refill. Then they came back out to get my order again. I had to get my own syrup for my French toast (these 2 little round things that tasted like plain toast and no sign of egg on them. Everything was extremely greasy. Photos are after we tried pouring the grease off of our plates and still extremely greasy. Put napkins under our food to absorb it. Hash browns shouldn't need to have grease absorbed off them"

"We've been to this location 5 times over the last 6 weeks. Out of those 5 occasions, we were only allowed to eat in the dining room 1 time. Each time they were closed except for take out. Last night was no exception. When we arrived, there was a sign that said temporarily closed, but customers were paying for take out. I asked if they were closed and the supposed manager who would not look me in the eyes stated while looking down that they were closed because they were too busy. He walked away, then another cashier came to the register, and I inquired if we could still order . She said she would check with the manager, which I assume was the same manager I spoke to previously. We waited about 8 minutes, then the girl said the manager said we could order a take out order. We did but still don't understand why we couldn't eat there. We received our order about 15-20 minutes later. We took it to our truck only to find out that they had not completed my meal so I went back. When I went back, they had changed the sign to say "sorry we are on a 30 minute break...". If this restaurant isn't in the restaurant business and only want take out and online orders then do that but don't have a fake restaurant that isn't full service because you don't want to do dishes or provide good service. We've learned our lesson"
